Client Portal

Existing clients will receive an email invitation to our online Client Portal at MyCase.com. Please let us know if you have not received your invitation or have trouble accessing the Client Portal.

The Client Portal provides a secure environment for us to share case information, billing information, and communication with you. Instead of relying on scattered communication channels (email, phone, text message, traditional mail), the Client Portal is your primary platform for communicating with the Firm. Through the Client Portal, you can access six sections: Home, Calendar, Documents, Billing, Messages, and Comments. Anytime we share a new item with you, you will get a notification by email. You can log on to the Client Portal to easily review, upload, or download documents, check the calendar for important dates, pay an invoice, and securely communicate with the Firm.

Online Scheduling Policy

The Firm may provide the option to schedule appointments directly online. However, your appointment is not officially scheduled until we confirm it, which may take up to a business day. You will receive an email from meehle.com to confirm your appointment. Online scheduling is available only for Zoom meetings and telephone calls. To schedule an in-person meeting, please contact us at 407-743-3813 or email [email protected].

Current and former clients may schedule up to one hour of the attorney's time in 15, 30, and 60-minute blocks on the website. We encourage you to email us at [email protected] with any issues or documents you need reviewed at least 24 hours before your meeting.

New clients must schedule an initial consultation with the attorney. If you are a new client and set up any other type of appointment, we will request you to reschedule for a 1-hour initial consultation. The initial consultation fee is $400, and it includes the attorney's time spent preparing for and conducting the consultation. You are welcome to send any documents for review before the initial consultation, along with any questions or issues you would like to address, to [email protected] at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
